REFUND & RETURN

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
The Purchaser may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by writing to us at info@vedicaon.com  (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM IST).
Vedicaon will process the refund within 7–15 business days, with 2% + GST deducted as applicable payment gateway transactional fees.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch
If the order has already been dispatched, please contact us at info@vedicaon.com.
A refund (after deducting 2% + GST payment gateway fees) will be processed once the order is returned to and received at our warehouse. Refunds are initiated within 7–15 business days after Vedicaon verifies and processes the cancellation.

Note:
Vedicaon also offers a FULL REFUND through a COUPON CODE for prepaid orders (equal to the complete order value). This credit can be used toward future purchases.
Coupon codes or reward points are single-use only and are marked as used even if an order is cancelled. Loyalty points redeemed for canceled orders will be credited back to your account.

3. COD Cancellation
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, cancellation at the time of delivery requires verification through the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

4. Incorrect Product Delivery
A Full Refund or No-Cost Exchange will be processed for orders where the customer receives the wrong product, provided the claim is made within 3 days of delivery.
Please email info@vedicaon.com
 with your order ID and clear product photos.

Important:
Products must remain unopened, unused, and sealed for any return/exchange to be approved.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
Vedicaon accepts exchange requests for factory-defective or damaged items claimed within 7 days of delivery. Any defective product must be returned before a replacement is arranged.
Pickup & Re-shipping charges: ₹160/- (All India) - borne by customer

Products must be returned with complete packaging and unused condition

If the Purchaser fails to report a defect within 7 days, the exchange/refund request will not be accepted. We strongly advise customers not to accept shipments that appear obviously damaged.

6. NO EXCHANGE / RETURN / REFUND WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

❌ Product damaged due to misuse, mishandling or improper storage
❌ Product returned in opened, used, or tampered condition
❌ Customer does not like the product after opening/using it
❌ Allergic reaction due to individual sensitivity (customers must check ingredients and consult a healthcare professional before use)
❌ Wrong product ordered by the customer
❌ Items purchased during SALE, DISCOUNT EVENTS, or GIVEAWAYS
❌ Items purchased as part of Combo Kits, Special Value Packs, or Promotional Bundles
❌ Products whose seals are broken or packaging is damaged
❌ Products with short shelf life that were purchased knowingly in sale/offers

Special Note on Late Requests
In special cases, if a return or exchange is approved after the 7-day window, it will be eligible only for a coupon code (store credit), not for a refund.
