10. SHIPPING

If a non-delivery occurs due to an error by you (e.g., wrong name, delivery address, or contact number), any additional costs incurred for re-delivery may be charged to you.

We may use one or more reputable courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, DTDC, EcomExpress, DHL, etc.) with tracking numbers provided to you once the order is shipped. Once the consignment has been handed over to the carrier and tracking details provided, the Purchaser assumes responsibility for tracking and receiving the order.

10.1 Product Availability and Dispatch Times

For in-stock items, please allow an estimated 2–7 working days for order processing and dispatch.
Dispatch days are generally Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent.

Any dispatch or delivery time indicated is approximate and not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, festivals, or other external factors do not constitute grounds for contract rescission, but we will reasonably assist in resolving delivery issues.
